OCHA is a real estate developer founded in 2018 by architect Daniel Ochacovsky and lawyer Javier Ochacovsky, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Daniel has built more than 20 buildings and 120,000 square meters of habitable space in projects of varying complexity and scale, in Buenos Aires and other provinces of the country.
For 16 years, Daniel was in charge of the project, management, and direction of developments at NEKZA, one of the most important real estate developers in Buenos Aires, consolidating his reputation as a reliable and highly skilled leader in the industry.

Javier is a lawyer graduated from University of Buenos Aires, with postgraduate studies in Compliance, digital law, and real estate business management.
